To access NovaPays services, you must create an account and provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account credentials.

You must maintain strict confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. NovaPays is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements. By using NovaPays, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You agree to use NovaPays only for lawful, compliant purposes. You must not:

Using NovaPays for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, or other illicit financial activity is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or terminate any account suspected of such activity.

Transactions are processed through regulated financial institutions and secure third-party processors. NovaPays is not responsible for processing delays caused by banks, networks, or external service providers.

Certain services include usage fees, which will always be disclosed prior to processing a transaction. By using the Service, you agree to all applicable fees.
